Overview
These terms describe the baseline rules for using Cole. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully, keep your account secure, and follow the plan limits and product policies published for the service.
Cole is a subscription AI wrapper operated by Cole Corp.. It is not a medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice service.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining control of your login credentials. Do not share accounts, attempt to bypass authentication, or access another user's account.
Cole may limit, suspend, or terminate access when account activity appears unsafe, abusive, unlawful, or inconsistent with these terms.
Plans, billing, and limits
Free access remains limited. Paid plans renew monthly until canceled and remain subject to published message, credit, and feature caps.
Checkout and customer portal flows are handled through Stripe. Plan state, billing state, and quota enforcement remain owned by the backend service, not by client-side UI labels.
Refunds, cancellations, and subscription changes are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
AI output
AI-generated responses can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
Do not use Cole as a substitute for professional advice, emergency assistance, or independent verification where accuracy matters.
Availability and changes
Cole may change, pause, or discontinue features, plans, quotas, models, or access rules. The service does not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free output.
Material public policy updates should be reflected by updating the last updated date on the affected policy page.
